Privacy Policy

Overview
Catch The Vibe Entertainment ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website catchthevibeent.com. This privacy policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
By submitting a quote request or contact form on this site, you agree to the practices described below.
Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide through our contact and quote request forms, including:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Event date, type, and details
- Venue type and estimated guest count
- Budget range and music preferences
- Any additional message or notes you include
We also automatically collect basic technical data when you visit our site, such as your browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URL. This data is aggregated and used solely to improve site performance.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your quote or booking inquiry
- Communicate details about your event
- Process booking agreements and payments
- Send follow-up communications related to your event or booking
- Occasionally send a review request after your event (you can opt out at any time)
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Facebook / Meta Lead Ads
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram using Meta's Lead Ads product. If you submit your information through a Meta Lead Ad, that data is transferred to us and used in the same way as information collected directly on this site — to respond to your event inquiry.
We also use Meta Pixel in your browser and Facebook's Conversion API (CAPI) to measure ad performance for our own marketing campaigns. These tools send PageView and quote Lead events only after you've accepted our cookie banner.
Meta's own data practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy. We process lead data only for the purpose stated in the ad (booking entertainment services) and do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Cookies and Tracking
Meta Pixel and CAPI send two event types to Meta after you accept: PageView events for page visits and Lead events for quote form submissions. The browser Pixel may place Meta marketing cookies after opt-in, while CAPI sends the matching event from our server.
Before any tracking occurs, we show you a cookie consent banner asking you to Accept or Decline. Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage under tracking_consent. If you decline or clear that entry, Meta Pixel and CAPI events remain suppressed. If you accept, page views and quote submissions will be reported until you change your choice.
You can opt out of Meta ad tracking via your Facebook ad preferences, and you can clear your tracking_consent entry at any time to revisit your choice.
Data Retention
We retain your contact and booking information for as long as it is necessary to fulfill your event inquiry, manage your booking, or comply with legal obligations. Inquiry records that do not result in a booking are typically removed after 24 months.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information
- Opt out of future communications at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
